Fox Lake Retreat consists of 2 private cabins on the edge of Fox Lake, just outside of Hanna, Alberta. We are a family-owned, privately run business. The cabins are not accessible to the general public and are only accessed off of a private road.
Our family are long-term residents of the area, with a small farming operation as well as the cabins. Because of our long history in the area, we are very familiar with the attractions and amenities in the Special Areas. We enjoy being out in nature, either working on our farm or walking/hiking in different locations around Alberta. We enjoy traveling as a family, and always try to treat our guests how we would like to be treated while on vacation.
The rural, small town, friendly attitude of the people in our community and the natural beauty of the Special Areas makes our property interesting. It is close enough to the city to travel in only a couple of hours, but far enough away that you can leave all of the traffic, crowds and noise behind.
